This form of roof window flashing is suitable for profiled tiled materials, between 16-50mm. For a tile flashing suitable for tiles <16mm, see our plain tile flashing. It’s a fantastic, weather-resistant solution for window installations.

Cavity sleeves are used in conjunction with Brick Vents and are used to provide ventilation through a standard cavity or solid brick walls. The units are telescopic and can be stacked to 9x6 or 9x9 variations and can be used to fit cavity widths of 50mm to 100mm. Further extension can be achieved by using multiple units.

The Extension Sleeve is designed to be used in conjunction with the Telescopic Underfloor Vent. Each extension sleeve allows the vent to vertically reach a further two brick courses and can also be fitted horizontally to the base of the Telescopic Underfloor Vent by using a Rear Extension Adaptor.

Telescopic underfloor vents are used to create a clear airflow channel into voids below suspended timber and block and beam floors. The telescopic feature means the units are able to adjust the ventilation channel vertically from within the cavity.
