The wiring aperture in the base has an extra knockout for ease of wiring, and incorporates L, N and Loop-in terminals with 8 individual cable entries and captive screws. The base can be removed without removing the HO skirt, and has alternative fixing holes for off centre mounting and ease of installation. The HO skirt is ideal for use in bathrooms and other rooms where moisture is present as it prevents the metal cap of the lamp being touched in damp situations.
